Help on Call Ltd aims to provide bilingual IT outsourcing services 24/7 from Mauritius. Our services extend from helpdesk, to network supervision, park management, systems administration and networks, but we also operate on technical hotline and customer service.
Its operations are located at Ebène Cybercity, the country’s first technopole, to house ICT service companies.
The Help on Call Ltd services are provided by teams with bilingual – French / English – linguistic skills and technical skills acquired through in-house training.
The technical infrastructure is comprised of industry leading products – HP, DELL for our servers and PCs, HP ServiceCenter and GLPI for our ticketing tools, Nixxis and 3CX for managing our customer contacts.
Help on Call Ltd’s mission is to offer a helpdesk to optimize the use of the IT tool within the company, whatever the channel used.
We are the contact point for requests of assistance and we manage the life cycle according to the best practices as defined by ITIL.
