At Help on Call, we offer rates consistent with the service outsourcing market, depending on what you need. Our strategic and geographic location allows us to offer competitive prices in terms of the quality of the services we provide to our customers.

As an indication, our prices vary around 10 € per hour, depending on the desired service.

For example, for Level 1 and 2 Support Management and basic Customer Relationship Center services, we offer the following rates:

Level 2 support

1800 / month *

Customer Relations Center

1450 / month *
